Man Fu Yuan

A recipient of the Michelin Plate, Man Fu Yuan is a stalwart in the Chinese fine dining scene, serving up culinary wonders that showcase a balance of contemporary palates with traditional Cantonese craftsmanship. Embodying this spirit is its new collection of 13 Chef’s signatures such as the Slow Braised Pork Ribs with Steamed Mantou (S$36++) and the Deep Fried Lobster with Egg Floss (S$38++), developed by Sous Chef Aaron Tan. With private dining rooms that can accommodate up to 40 guests, this is a good one for an intimate family meal.

Myo Restobar

Tucked away on the 19th floor of Oxley Tower, Myo Restobar is a restaurant steeped in heritage and tradition. The older generation will remember the signature Kia Hiang Claypot Spring Chicken (S$20) that made the original restaurant at International Plaza famous. With recipes passed down from his father, second generation owner Ng Kia Jin aims to bring the dishes back to their glory days with the newer generation while updating the taste of old that people know and love.

Summer Pavilion

Mention Mid-Autumn Festival and one of the first things that springs to mind is relaxing in a garden pavilion surrounded by lush greenery while appreciating the moon. Summer Pavilion offers an almost identical experience – without the heat and humidity, of course. Set within a modern Chinese garden, Summer Pavilion offers authentic Cantonese meals complete with hand-painted Chinese tableware. Yàn

Located on the fifth floor of the National Gallery, Yàn offers a wide selection of classic and modern Cantonese creations.
