For the last month of the year, $100Gourmet celebrates their Asian roots with celebrated Asian cuisine chef, 1-Michelin-starred Chef Henrik Yde of Kiin Kiin from Copenhagen. The chef hosting is one of Singapore’s finest interpreters of Asian cuisine – Chef Eric Neo of Man Fu Yuan, Intercontinental® Singapore. There will be sparks of excitement as highly individualistic styles and visions come together within the arena of Asian fine cooking.
A meeting of mavericks, the collaboration of Chef Henrik and Chef Eric showcases cooking that challenge preconceptions of age-old traditional cuisine. Both chefs are well known for their unorthodox and groundbreaking creations that surprise diners – Chef Henrik with his modern take on Thai and Chef Eric with his contemporary take on Chinese. They both reinvent the respective cuisines, breaking down traditional recipes and norms to produce new interpretations in modern form.
$100Gourmet: Eric Neo X Henrik Yde at Man Fu Yuan is happening from 4 December to 7 December 2015 at Man Fu Yuan, Intercontinental Singapore.
