The Projector Presents: Argentine Film Festival

Hola, fans of Argentine Cinema. Are you prepared for a weekend of eccentric tall tales? Think heists, hunts and vengeance trips that are sure to shock and delight in equal measure. These are six of the best modern Spanish-language films for your selection, including two that have been lauded by big names at the Oscars and the Cannes Film Festival.

The Merry Lion Presents: Comedians Against Humanity

Inspired by the highly-popularised game of Cards Against Humanity, a group of stand-up comedians have decided to put a new spin on insulting each other and the world at large by, wait for it … playing cards. Jokes aside, expect 10 times the mean-ness of your average comedy show at this explosive open mic. Leave your pride at home and your common sense at the door.

Bar Rouge Singapore Presents: Sunset Disco

Located at Swissôtel The Stamford, this bar cum nightclub is located on the 71st and 72nd floors of the hotel, offering stunning skyline views perfect for appreciating the romantic sunset. Balance a cocktail in hand and groove to the hypnotic beats of DJ Ulysses, who will be playing his genre-bending sets of techno, house, and disco.

Sunset Disco is happening on Saturday, 21 September 2018 at Bar Rouge Singapore, 6pm onwards. Admission is complimentary before 10.30pm and $25 after 10.30pm.

Craft Singapore 2018: The Drinking Edition

The wait is finally over – give a big welcome for the return of Singapore’s largest craft festival in all its glory. Craft Singapore 2018 returns bigger and better, spotlighting some of the best spirits, food, and artisanal products the city has to offer. There’s never a boring moment too, with top notch entertainment from local artistes, DJs, and beer-brewing masterclasses to get your hands wet.

Beyond Social Services Presents: Fairground for All

What, you say. A lightsaber battle? Win prizes in carnival and arcade games, geek-out over superhero-themed activities, eat, drink, and bargain over handmade crafts at Fairground for All. An outreach initiative by Beyond Social Services to raise awareness on poverty for disadvantaged youths, this is your chance to bring the whole family down for a day of learning, fun, and doing good.

Fairground for All is happening on Saturday, 22 September 2018 at *SCAPE from 1pm till 6pm. Admission is free.
