5 Things To Do In Singapore This Week: 19th to 25th August 2019

August might be coming to a close, but that doesn’t mean that things are slowing down. Get caught up in the racing fever as the Singapore Grand Prix approaches with Heineken’s exclusive pre-race party, or rock out to the country’s top acts at Baybeats. If partying isn’t for you, head on down to Maduro and unwind to the tunes of soul-funk while sipping artisanal cocktails, then recharge with some yoga and a pool party.

Two Nights Only with Agostino Schiavo & The Steve Mcqueens

Hark back to the days of old at Maduro – the new listening lounge and bar on Dempsey Hill – with Agostino Schiavo and The Steve Mcqueens. Hailing from London’s most distinguished private members club, The Arts Club, Head Bartender Schiavo takes over the bar with bespoke cocktails specially created for Maduro in this two-night-only event. On 22 August, Schiavo will be joined by homegrown neo-vintage soul-funk outfit The Steve Mcqueens for a live performance of tantalising tipples and groovy tunes.

From now till 21 August, stand a chance to score one of 1000 double passes to the event by taking part in a national Augmented Reality (AR) ticket hunt.
