Craft Beer Week: Fourpure Tap Takeover
Owners and brewers Dan & Tom Lowe of London’s Fourpure Brewing Co. will be in town to showcase their handcrafted brews at Singapore’s first craft beer hawker stall, Smith Street Taps. On top of Fourpure’s crowd favourites like the Pilsner and Session IPA, you beer geeks will also get to indulge in the varieties that will be in Singapore for the first time, like the Skyliner American Wheat, Amber Ale, and Oatmeal Stout.
Fourpure Tap Takeover is happening on Monday, 26 October 2015 at Smith Street Taps from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Cointreau x Victoria Cheng Halloween Party
The folks at Cointreau have teamed up with food blogger and social media personality Victoria Cheng to present an Alice in Wonderland themed Halloween Party at South Beach’s spanking new cocktail bar and lounge, Vanity. Featuring the rare Cointreau Blood Orange, guests can look forward to delicious (and also Alice in Wonderland themed) cocktails by bartenders Ricky Paiva (Vanity), Jay Gray, (Long Chim), and in Singapore for one night only, Natakorn Thumb Changrew of Enfume Bangkok. If you’re the sort to feel peckish after a drink or two, there’ll be nibbles by Park Bench Deli, Lokkee, and The Ice Cream & Cookie Co.!
No time to costume up? No worries, Cointreau will have a make-up artist on standby to apply the quirkiest halloween makeup.

The Local People X Noise Singapore Art Market
The Local People spaceship has landed! Get onboard Noise Singapore’s big 10-year-old celebration as they take care of the tunes for the night, while The Local People make sure you don’t go home with empty stomachs and empty hands. Watch out for The Local Soda Bar, where they’ll be serving up locally made concotions such as The Local Snowball, Fine China, Kopi-O, Ribena + Mint and Mai Siao.

Tommy Emmanuel Live In Singapore
After playing sold-out shows in Singapore for seven consecutive years, Australian virtuoso guitarist and songwriter Tommy Emmanuel is back in Singapore for a one-night-only concert. 50 years of guitar playing means that a Tommy Emmanuel is like no other – he plays sizzling melodies, fills in the rhythm section and weaves in a thumping bass, all on a single guitar. Catch this twice-nominated Grammy Award winner in action this weekend!

Kafka on the Shore by Ninagawa Company
After delighting Singapore audiences with his sold-out samurai comedy Musashi, celebrated Japanese theatre icon Yukio Ninagawa returns with a striking theatrical adaptation of much-beloved author Haruki Murakami’s Kafka on the Shore. Take a trip with a 15-year old boy who runs away from home with an imaginary friend to escape a prophecy. An old man who travels for the first time in his life to find a magic stone. Two parallel journeys collide and reality, myth and dream converge in a mind-bending tale set in modern-day Japan. Stars Japan Academy Award-winning Rie Miyazawa (The Twilight Samurai) and noted actors Naohito Fujiki and Nino Furuhata.
