Kicking off A Week With Rémy Martin is the “Mastering the Classics” workshop with Sam Wong, where you will learn how to make classic Cognac cocktails such as the Sidecar and Sazerac!

Ranked third as Singapore’s Best Bartender by the City Nomads audience and shortlisted as Singapore’s Top 25 Bartenders in 2014 by regional publication Drinks World Asia, Sam Wong continually inks Singapore’s Bartending Industry on the global map. Sam was selected by Singapore Tourism Board as Singapore’s bartender representative in an exchange programme held in Moscow, Russia in 2014 to promote and achieve positive growth for our little tropical island.
Cheeky and boyish in nature, Sam’s bartending philosophy is to be true and honest to oneself, and to ripple the joyous effect to the customers at Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall and those around him.
A Week With Rémy Martin
A Week With Rémy Martin is a seven-day long inaugural celebration for all things related to the French premium Cognac. Held from 29 August to 4 September 2015, the event will see some of the best bars in Singapore open their doors for exclusive and specially curated sessions that showcase the various tastes and flavours of Rémy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac.
This event takes place at Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall on Aug 29 from 7pm to 9pm. Tickets to this event cost $75 nett, including 3 cocktails & bar snacks.
