TRIPLE YOUR PLEASURE EVERY MIDWEEK AT ADRIFT

You know – or at least by now, heard – about Adrift for casual-chic Californian Izakya vibes and produce-forward menu, with a focus on flavourful small plates and meats grilled over bincho charcoal on a traditional robata grill. With celebrity chef David Myers directing the kitchen, the food is bound to be of certain standards (or Nomad-worthy, as we like to call it).

And to sweeten the deal at Adrift, the bar had recently launched a new bar programme, designed to make your midweek a little better. When we say a little, we actually mean a whole lot, because we’re looking at up to 50% discounts on cocktail, whiskies, and wine.

Get A Social Life

Mercy Mercy (L); Penicillin (R)

From 6-9pm on Tuesdays, Adrift is set to become your new weekly social with 50% of all cocktails (usually $23++). With the cocktail menu conceptualized by Sam Ross (owner of NYC cocktail bar Attaboy, which is currently ranked 11 of the world’s best bars) and Head Bartender Anandha Ruben, there’s something for everyone.

Try new moderns like the Penicillin (scotch whisky, lemon, ginger, honey, and a float of Islay whisky) or the Shangri-La – Hakushu, sherry, and chocolate bitters. Alternatively, go local with the flavours like calamansi, pineapple juice, and palm sugar in the chili padi gin based Lepak Local or the Adrift Singapore Sling.

Whisky, Not Risky

On Wednesdays (6-9pm), we only drink whiskies at Adrift because it’s 50% off their premium selection of whiskies. With more than 50 whiskies available, including some rare Japanese varieties, it’ll be easy peasy finding your perfect dram for a (way) better ending to hump day.

Wine, Don’t Whine

It’s almost the end of a long week, and guess what? That calls for an entire bottle of wine. From 6-9pm on Thursdays, Adrift will be presenting a wine list of 50 bottles including red, whites, and rosé…all going at just $50++ each. Whether it’s old world from France or Spain, or New World like Australia and the USA, you know it’s a steal!

King Crab Melt

All the boozy goodness aside, those feeling peckish can look forward to satiating that appetite with the King Crab Melt ($25), David Myers’ signature featuring juicy chunks of Alaskan king crab with piquant chili, bread, and butter pickles, as well as the Maine Lobster Roll ($26).

ADRIFT is located at Marina Bay Sands, Hotel Lobby Tower 2. Bar & Lounge open 12pm to 2am daily. For more information or to make a reservation, please visit their website or call +65 6688 5657.
