Returning to its homeground in 2023, Good Vibes Festival celebrates a decade of bringing some of the world’s acclaimed musical acts to the Southeast Asian region. Set to unfold from 21 to 23 July at the Sepang International Circuit in Selangor, Malaysia, the festival promises an unprecedented three-day extravaganza featuring the largest lineup in its history.
Known for its rousing escape of epic proportions, the festival offers a breathtaking mix of multiple stage sets, a diverse roster of global artists and homegrown talents, curated art installations and a plethora of fringe activities. This year’s iteration takes the excitement a notch higher, introducing a carnival-friendly ferris wheel, an expanded venue space and an unmissable Good Bites food village.
The Global Music Scene Converges in Southeast Asia
Headliners include English indie rock sensation The 1975, set to mesmerise audiences with tracks from their latest album “Being Funny in a Foreign Language”. Day 2 sees The Kid LAROI, renowned for his chart-busting track “Stay” with Justin Bieber and Day 3 hosts indie rock legends The Strokes, whose influence on the genre remains undeniable.
Joining this star-studded lineup is the soulful Canadian R&B sensation Daniel Caesar on his SUPERPOWERS tour, and the trailblazing South Korean duo DPR IAN and DPR LIVE, known for their distinctive music and visual artistry. Multi-talented artist Ty Dolla $ign, the co-collaborator behind hits like Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hot Girl Summer” and Post Malone’s “Psycho”, is a recent addition to get hyped up about.
An exciting mix of emerging and established artists are also set to grace the festival, including Sabrina Carpenter, whose latest album has redefined her musical persona, and the Singaporean-raised sensation, Dhruv, whose debut single “double take” soared in popularity on TikTok.
Shining a Spotlight on Homegrown Talents
Good Vibes Festival’s 2023 edition continues its commitment to nurturing local talent, with an array of established and burgeoning Southeast Asian artists on the roster. Malaysian singer-songwriter Lunadira, known for her genre-defining “sad and groovy” style, and Airliftz, a 24-year-old music prodigy who gained popularity after his single “Lonely” received over 1.6 million streams, will be present to serenade fans.
Keen to satisfy genre-hopping audiences across the border are veteran Singaporean rapper and producer ALYPH with his snazzy hip-hop tunes and rising singer-songwriter lullaboy, best known for heart-stirring love songs. Other notable acts include the rap collective Forceparkbois from Johor Bahru, and the upcoming artist Jovynn, known for her innovative TikTok content and unique sound, with her single “No Drugs” set to be released soon.
Beyond The Music
Good Vibes Festival offers more than just music. As attendees wait for their favourite sets, they can explore a series of art installations, including the famed floating helium balloon chain with built-in LED lights by artist Robert Bose, a recurring feature at Coachella and Burning Man festivals. Owing to its extended venue, there will be a fully-functional ferris wheel for unforgettable photo ops and carefree fun. For foodies, the expanded Good Bites food village offers a multitude of options, including a plant-based section curated by Harvest Gourmet.

In addition to General Admission tickets, there are VIP passes at Good Vibes that come with access to VIP decks at each main stage, featuring raised viewing platforms and bars, as well as access to the exclusive front row pit in front of main stages.
