Armour@TheBay x Kelly Latimer & Radiance PhysioFit

As part of Armour@TheBay, Under Armour’s complimentary workout series at Clifford Square, Fullerton Bay, Under Armour will next be partnering with Kelly Latimer, founder of the #GetSweat workouts, and Declan Halpin, Head Physiotherapist at Radiance PhysioFit, who will conduct high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and physiofit workouts over the next 6 weeks. Kelly and Declan will be leading you in workouts that will challenge you and build your strength and stamina, as well as equip you with exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

6.30pm: #GetSweat

The #GetSweat workouts are Kelly’s signature workouts. Kelly believes in simple, easy workouts that can be done from anywhere, with little or no equipment necessary. Functional movements will help you get strong in the ways your body requires you to move on a daily basis. The workouts are quick and efficient. All the workouts will be a teaser as to what can be expected on the TRIBE fitness app created by Kelly when it launches.

7.30pm: PhysioFit

Stability through motion and balanced movement is crucial not only to avoiding injury in sport, but also in performing at your best. Underused muscles in your hips and shoulders will lead to injuries, but also to less strength and power when you jump, push and move explosively. Let Declan put you through your paces in a workout designed to make you PhysioFit – to test and improve the important stability and power-generating muscles of the body. It will be tough, but it will be worth it!

These sessions take place every Tuesday from 1 Sep to 6 Oct 2015, at Clifford Square, Fullerton Bay. Sessions begin at 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Each session will start with a warmup, followed by the main workout and conclude with a mobility and cool down session. Interested participants are to sign up [here](https://www.tripleready.com/earnit). Participation is complimentary on first come first serve basis.
