Art After Dark at Gillman Barracks x Singapore Open Media Art Festival

Art After Dark at Gillman Barracks is back!

This time the Art After Dark x Singapore Open Media Art Festival is a Gillman Barracks open house held in conjunction with the opening of the Singapore Open Media Art Festival (SOMAF), which celebrates 40 years of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Korea.

The 3-day night festival presents over 40 videos and media installations by Korean, Singaporean and European Artists on screens dotted all over Gillman Barracks.

In addition, the Barracks’ tenants will launch new shows and extend their opening hours, while NTU CCA Singapore’s Residencies: OPEN will present a live performance by Chicks on Speed and a studio installation by Jeremy Sharma. There will also be F&B pop-ups and an opening act by female DJ group Attagirl.

Art After Dark will be hosted on 29 May from 7pm onwards at Gilam Barracks, while the rest of the Singapore Open Media Art Festival will run until 29 to 31 May at Gillman Barracks.
