Manor Cocktail Room is proud to present its first-ever bartending soiree happening on 10 April.
Called Bar Shift, the casual invitational will feature two award-winning bartenders: 29-year-old Indonesian stalwart Harli Gurnawan and 24-year-old rising star Eugene Chua from Singapore. The former is the assistant group mixologist for Union Group Indonesia and Loewy Bar Jakarta. He will be shaking and straining alongside Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall’s newest addition, Eugene Chua.
Harli, a Diageo World Class 2012 national champion, and Eugene, Diplomatico World Tournament 2013 Singapore winner, will be on shift from 7pm to 10pm and will be concocting three unique cocktails each specifically for the evening.
Manor’s head bartender, Din Hassan will helm his usual spot from 10pm onwards.
About Bar Shift
Steep in Manor Cocktail Room’s ethos and a nod towards Din Hassan’s beliefs, Bar Shift is curated for a singular purpose –to create an inclusive and open cocktail community.
Enough have been said about cocktails; its agenda and debate rages on. But in Manor, we can talk until the cows make their own White Russian.
What we care about is having good tipples with good people. Bar Shift is a host to that philosophy.
