Bincho x Hombre Cantina present Juan Night In Tokyo

25 MAY 2016 | For one night only, a smashing Japanese-Mex collaboration is going to own the night from the crew behind modern yakitori concept, Bincho and casual Mexican dude-fare joint, Hombre Cantina. Coming from the Hyōgo Prefecture, Chef Asai Masashi and Oaxaca-native Head Chef Jorge Leon will be creating an innovative menu to bring the full flavours of Japanese Yakitori and casual Mexican fare to a harmonious match.

On the Juan-off exclusive menu are dishes like Tostadas de Salmon Tataki with Garlic Miso Dressing ($14), Jitokko Chicken Tacos with Radish & Pina Yuzu Kosho Dressing ($13), Charcoal Grilled Mentaiko Chicken Wings with Bang Bang Sauce ($14), Cajeta Tempura Ice Cream with Dulce de Leche Sauce ($10), and Japanese Cucumber Margarita ($15)
