Binomio is definitely one of the more traditional Spanish eateries in Singapore – sitting at the bar calls to mind past visits to cozy, nameless restaurants so common in parts of Spain. Having said that, the main restaurant area itself is more of a fine dining setting. As for the food, freshness is key and their seafood dishes are bursting with clean flavours. Tapas-wise, expect a wide range of traditional to cool, contemporary versions of the classics.
