The man (Zig Zach) behind Blackout Agency – responsible for pop-up concepts such as Escape 56, Sunday Social and Outcast – is introducing his latest addition to the family, Ritual x The Blvck Market. Happening at one of Singapore’s coolest spots, The Great Escape on Saturday, 10 February 2018, look forward to a rooftop party and daytime market, craft beers and specially mixed cocktails by Laplandia.
Originally a club night at the now-defunct kyo, Ritual was dedicated to the music lovers who spent their weekends going out listening to music, which, in many ways, is a ritual. Taking over the Intermission Bar at The Projector, Singapore’s indie cinema (and located on the same floor as The Great Escape), expect two rooms of electronic music, fun and dancing. With a music focus towards the tribal and hypnotic side of house and techno, headlining the party are Manfredas and Thomas Von Party of Multi Culti record label. On top of that, we will also see a stellar line up of local DJs featuring Doomph (a house and disco collective by Brendon P, Stephen Day and J.B), DJ KFC, Mr. Has, Joshua P, Fat Fish Love and Sivanesh.
Asides from stellar beats and rhythms, The Blvck Market will start from 12pm (to 7pm), featuring local artisanal vendors ranging from hand crafted jewellery, hand woven hats and chefs. Beer lovers can also expect a line up of by top breweries in Australia and New Zealand breweries like Little Creatures, Stockade Brew Co, Pirate Life Brewing and Garage Project. If beers aren’t necessarily your thing, the premium vodka from Finland, Laplandia will be making its red carpet entrance, selling specially mixed cocktails on that very day. Also, we hear there will be bottles to win!
Tickets to the event start from $25 and are currently available on WAAVE.
