On this special occasion, executive chef Pang Seng Hai crafted an elegant set menu inspired by mother’s labour oflove – using only the best ingredients expertly executed to bring out a complex profile of flavours that are both
robust and delicate, textures that are tender with the perfect bite and rounded by its natural ocean fresh juices. It is healthy and perfect for pampering all mothers. This menu includes tantalising new dishes like Fresh Seafood Mince with Hon-Shimeiji Mushrooms in Whole Tomato Braised inGinseng Broth, Braised Superior Sea Cucumber and 10-head Abalone, Star Flounder Fish in Hong Kong Style, Jade Noodle with Fresh Prawn and Scallop in Emerald Sauce, and our signature Golden Sauce Sri Lanka Crab with Deep Fried Buns, Braised Boston Lobster in Black Truffles and Double-boiled Hashima with Almond Cream.
