Coming Home with T’ANG QUARTET

This Christmas, the T’ang Quartet hopes to create one last enchanting memory of a momentous year together with you.

Adding to the sentimentality of the season is a smidgen of nostalgia mixed with the essence of the present and a hint of the future, as Singapore’s most well-known string quartet returns to the Victoria Concert Hall (VCH) – its very first performance venue – after 23 years. Special guests joining in the merriment are Margaret Chen and The Graduate Singers.

The Quartet’s last show of 2015 will feature a contrasting blend of Christmas favourites and classical tunes such as String Quartet No. 4 in C Major, KV 157 (Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart), Italian Serenade (Hugo Wolf), Waltzes, Op. 54 (Antonín Dvořák) and String Quartet No. 1 – II. Andante Cantabile(Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky).

Coming Home with T’ANG QUARTET is happening on Saturday, 19 December 2015, 7.30pm at Victoria Concert Hall. Tickets are priced at $35 and are available at SISTIC.
