About Lower East Side Taqueria

Opened in October 2013, Lower East Side Taqueria presents a wickedly hot menu of tacos, burritos, and hearty meats amidst a quirky, vibrant restaurant-bar setting in the popular Katong dining enclave. Lower East Side Taqueria offers five levels of spice intensity for tacos and burritos: level 1 is spicy yet enjoyable, level 2 is advisable only for seasoned chilli lovers, and level 3 and above is recommended only for brave daredevils. Chilli heads can take part in the Ultimate Hotness Challenge: if anyone finishes a trio of tacos at level 5 spice intensity onwards, the tacos will be on the house.
