F1 Party Spotlight: New Asia

For most Singaporeans, the F1 Grand Prix equate to noise pollution, frustrating traffic flow with barricaded racetrack, and disruption to our national past time, shopping. For most part, we agree – fast cars get old fast too – but one awesome thing F1 bestows upon us?

The avalanche of parties, of course.

And if you discerning party-hoppers have been to the likes of Amber Lounge, Podium Lounge, and Johnnie Walker Circuit Lounge over the past years, skip over to New Asia Bar at Swissotel Singapore this weekend. Perched 71 levels above the race spectacle against the backdrop of our city skyline; New Asia lets you get away from it all (and still be in the thick of things!). By bringing in a stellar cast of international DJs, the folks at New Asia are out to make your perfect pit stop for partying till the sun comes up.

Kickstart the weekend with DJ Daddy K from Belgium on Friday night (19 September), who’ll be pumping up the party with his groovy hip hop beats. Also known as the ‘King of DJ’, this is DJ Daddy K’s first gig at New Asia – be prepared to

Saturday (20 September) sees French DJ Keza, who’s currently taking up residence at the prestigious Boudoir Club in Dubai, manning the decks with his eclectic track selections. With bragging rights to hosting gigs for celebrities like 50 Cent, Will Smith, Paris Hilton, and Ne-Yo, DJ Keza plays anything from House to Hip-Hop in his unique and explosive style.

With the Marina Bay Circuit below set for the grand finale on Sunday night (21 September), party-goers can rev up at New Asia with Fairmont Singapore Anti:dote bar’s resident DJ Claudio Lari, one of Italy’s most sought after DJs. End this year’s festivities with a bang with his exhilarating mix of Electronic and chart-topping hits.
