Want them to take care of everything? Their two fixed menus feature a good mix of starters, main courses, sides, and dessert at $28++ or $45++ per person (minimum 20 people). Alternatively, order your meat stars from their carvery, which features the likes of Angus Ribeye with Merlot Beef Jus ($98++) and Roasted Boneless Lamb Leg ($88++). There’s also wine and champagne (from $45++) if you can’t be bothered to get celebration juice elsewhere.

The Marmalade Pantry
There are always good things to eat at home-grown bistro The Marmalade Pantry, so it’s great that they’ve come up with a selection of gourmet goodies, just for the season. Serving up both the classics and renditions with a twist, mains include the customary Whole Roasted Turkey with Fresh Herbs ($88++) and Moroccan Roasted Boneless Lamb Leg ($88++). Pair each one with two sides – think Marmalade Truffle Mac & Cheese ($20++) and Caramelised Brussels Sprouts & Roasted Pumpkin ($20++) – for a carvery bundle at $110++. Cafe Noel
Cafe Noel is back again this festive season with Christmas offerings from Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford. In addition to returning favourites like Prego’s Signature Beef Lagsana ($71, 1kg) and Cafe Swiss Crispy Pork Knuckle ($41, 1kg), the stars of Cafe Noel this year are definitely the new sweet treats. If you’re looking for a different centrepiece for your festive dining table, go for a succulent alternative with Blue Lotus’ Spanish-Style Suckling Pig. Air-dried, marinated and slow-roasted for over 36 hours, the meat is juicy and skin crisp – exactly what you want in this dish. Besides the classic whole roasted turkey, the bird takes on a local spin Fullerton Singapore with the Nasi Lemak Turkey ($190.46), featuring coconut-scented rice, ikan bilis, peanuts, cucumber and shredded egg. And if a single kind of poultry isn’t enough, you can choose to have three different meat in one go with the Roasted Turducken ($233.26) – chicken stuffed in a duck, stuffed in a turkey paired with the usual turkey sides of brussels sprouts and cranberry sauce. The Carvery
After last year’s spankin’ success, The Carvery is once again offering their delectable Spit-Roasted Chicken ($38+) for takeaways. The hefty whole chicken, at approximately 1.8kg, is roasted the Spanish way (with orange and rosemary), but not before being brined for 24 hours in a special blend of white peppercorn, bay leaves, and thyme for the ultimate tenderness. Each order comes complete with roasted seasonal vegetables like Brussel sprouts, carrots, and squash, as well as patatas bravas – crisp potatoes topped with fresh tomato sauce. Need some wine? Top up $30++ for a bottle of quality vino!
