When two Chicago musicians, Joe (Tony Curtis) and Jerry (Jack Lemmon), witness the St. Valentine’s Day massacre, they want to get out of town and get away from the gangster responsible, Spats Colombo. Desperate to get a gig out of town they dress up as women and join an all-girl band where they meet sensual singer, Sugar Kane Kowalczyk (Marilyn Monroe).
