Four Seasons Hotel Singapore Cocktail Cuisine Series

Ever wanted to host a soirée but were too overwhelmed by all that it would take to pull it off? Perhaps we can help you out! Four Seasons Hotel Singapore brings you the chance to go behind the scenes and discover how their culinary team crafts a unique dining experience. In the last quarter of the year, Four Seasons will be hosting an intimate Cocktail Cuisine Class led by Head Bartender Sebastian Vázquez combined with a canapé show-and-tell by Executive Chef Giovanni Speciale.

Intimate in size, get up close and personal with our culinary experts as they share tips on how to prepare canapés and cocktails, with freshly-plucked herbs. Start with a visit to Four Season’s own herb garden and proceed to their Chef’s Table at One-Ninety where Executive Chef Giovanni Speciale will perform a show-and-tell on easy-to-make canapés. A great gathering will not be complete without drinks! Participants will get hands-on experience on shaking up their own cocktails taught by their very own Head Bartender Sebastian Vázquez.
Learn from the pros, while noshing on bites and sipping cocktails. Participants will also take home a goodie bag containing recipes, a dining voucher and a special gift.  Reserve your spot by calling (65) 6831-7023 or email sm.sin@fourseasons.com. Spaces are limited to 10 participants.
