Veteran Chef Gabriel Fratini has made his return to Singapore after a decade-long hiatus with Fratini La Trattoria on Greenwood Avenue, and the general feeling is…it was worth the wait! The focus is on traditional Italian food with a chef’s twist…think Mama’s cooking but a little fancy.
