Ivins is another famous Peranakan Restaurant in Singapore. Known for delivering intense flavour with each dish, expect nothing short of mouthwatering here. The curry sauce is an intensely flavoured combination of Peranakan flavours, acidity and spiciness. The Assam gravy here is thicker and the fish is cooked longer, but still tastes fresh. The curry gravy here is somewhat more like a stew than a watery gravy, which we promise will leave you satisfied and full. If you like your Assam curry hot and thick, the Fish Head Curry here at Ivin’s is absolutely a place to keep in mind.
