Jim Meehan at The Cufflink Club

15 MAR 2016 | Experience Banks Rum cocktails in the style that made New York’s PDT world famous, by the man who invented it, Jim Meehan himself! The bar operator, educator, and author of The PDT Cocktail Book is coming down to The Cufflink Club for a bartending shift. Jim has worked at some of New York City’s most popular restaurants and bars including Gramercy Tavern and the Pegu Club before opening the James Beard Award winning bar PDT in 2007.

The former editor of Food & Wine Magazine’s annual cocktail book and the Mr. Boston Bartender’s Guide, Meehan currently serves as the drinks editor for Tasting Table, the global ambassador for Banks Rums, and the curator of the cocktail programmes for American Express Centurion lounges nationally.

Jim Meehan is bartending on Tuesday, 15 March at The Cufflink Club from 8pm to 11pm.
