Karma Klique Returns With A 10-Hour Industrial Warehouse Party in Bangkok

Karma Klique has been disrupting the Bangkok party scene with their Karma Kruise series, which brings you on a boat along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya river, and a three-day shindig in a Spanish villa in Khao Yai, Karma Kastle. Come 26 October 2019, Karma Koncrete will be making its debut in an industrial warehouse, ABOUT Studio, alongside an expansive outdoor marketplace boasting a range of food trucks and drink suppliers. The party is expected to run from 2pm till midnight, hosting over 800 revellers and delivering an audio and visual spectacle across two floors.

The music line-up features international DJs such as Belgrade-born longtime resident at Salon des Amateurs, Vladimir Ivkovic; fresh from appearances at Houghton, Terraforma, Love International Festival, Nuits sonores and Dekmantel Selectors 2019CPI, the collaborative pairing of Hivern Discs co-founder Marc Piñol (together with John Talabot)  a staple in Barcelona’s underground electronic scene and Capablanca, one of the city’s most revered DJs and Berlin-based producer. It’s rare that the duo comes together and also marks their debut in Southeast Asia.

The regional DJs include Yoshinori Hayashi – the producer and DJ who’s known to be versatile with his genre-bending sets, merging eastern soundscapes alongside an eclectic take on house, techno, krautrock and industrial music; and Rifain, a founding member of Hanoi’s infamous Savage crew. His experimental style takes you on a trip, twisting and turning through the sounds of the culturally ambiguous. Supporting the line-up are Thailand’s very own Sunju Hargun, co-founders of Karma Klique; and Jirus, a regular in the Bangkok’s nightlife circuit.

Apart from entertainment, Karma Klique is dedicated to harness transformative power of music to create real social change. Since 2016, the team has redirected their profits to special projects such as Warm Heart Worldwide, The Duong Pradeep Foundation and Klong Toey Music Program.

Karma Koncrete is happening on 26 October 2019 at ABOUT Studios. Tickets are priced from THB 1,100 here. For more information, please follow them on Facebook
