Part of the Grand Prix Singapore Season (GPSS) activities, the exhilarating experience flags off with the smoked duck breast with arugula purée and orange confiture, pleasingly complementary flavours with a slight tangy twist for a strong start. At the next turn is the specially concocted Arnaud cocktail, a heady mix that delivers hints of smokey notes with every sip, reminiscent of the rubber burning on tarmac at the races. Nearing the finish line, an indulgent dessert of bitter chocolate with raspberry coulis and fresh raspberry mint awaits; a delectably bittersweet end to the Formula 1 experience.
