an
extraordinary
festival
of
food
and
wine.
A
3-­day
event
(from
21
to
23
November)

packed
with
exciting
features
that
promise
an
experience
of
the
freshest
produce
and
fine
wines, guests get to
create
their own
foodie
itinerary
by
exploring
Gourmet
Village
for
tastings
and
demonstrations,
attending
exclusive
world‐class
dining

ups

Satellite
Events,

rubbing
shoulders
with
local
culinary
talents
at
the
Fringe
Events.

anticipation
of
this
festival,
Head
Chef
Isaac
Tan

of
Bedrock
Bar
&
Grill

embarked
on
a
culinary
tour
of
Western
Australia
with
the
crew
early
this
year
in
June,
exploring
lands
and
experiencing
the
stories
of
farmers
and
their
produce.
Upon
his
return
to
Bedrock’s
kitchen,
Chef
Isaac
has
created
a
total
of
3
menus
in
honour
of
Western
Australian
produce.

presents
his
one-­night­‐only
‘Voyager
Estate
Wine
Dinner’

pairing

of
the
