Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Bangkok

With over 800 different pieces of art, the Museum of Contemporary Art Bangkok (MOCA) holds the widest range of modern Art in Thailand. All of the pieces belong to the vast collection of communications magnate Boonchai Bencharongkul, and they showcase just how traditional Thai art has developed after the influence of Western art concepts and techniques. MOCA also serves as a window for critically looking at issues such as religion, corruption, prostitution and the loss of traditional values in a conservative country.

Getting there: Take the BTS to Mo Chit. After that hop on a Taxi for a 10 minute ride to the museum.
