Forlino

Trained in the art of Italian fine-dining, Chef Yohhei Sasaki will be dishing out seasonal specials to close off a magnificent year. Dinner is available in two seatings; the first offers a four-course menu that features the likes of Dry Aged Japanese Blue Fin Tuna Tartar, homemade Wagyu Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, pan-roasted Japanese Sea Bream and Tiramisu. For a longer six-course set menu (a view of the fireworks included) during the second seating, expect Cold Cappellini with Hokkaido Sea Urchin, Pan Roasted Lobster with Italian Baeri Caviar, Caramelized Akagi Wagyu Short Ribs, and more.
