Bring your sick plants, and buzzing questions to Open Farm Community‘s ‘The Green Exchange’ forum! In this first session, they gather to trade seeds, fertilisers, and tips to get their plants going at this monthly open forum. Partnered with Edible Garden City, this is a great chance to trade your tips and share your harvest stories over plants, and good food.
With The Green Exchange, Open Farm hopes to cover topics such as seed saving, and through the process, discover heirloom seeds known to Singapore and the nearby Riau Islands, with intentions to start a humble seed bank. This first-of-its-kind forum sets a platform to discuss gardening issues, and tips to get plants going for avid urban farmers. The inaugural session looks to explore topics like seed trading, fertilisers, heirloom seeds known to Singapore and the possibility to start a humble seed bank.
Open Farm Community: The Green Exchange is happening on Saturday, 31 October at Open Farm Community from 10am to 11.30am. Check out Open Farm’s website here for more events.
