Whip up easy peasy delicious summer salads using herbs from our own rooftop garden with Nick Scorpion, Head Chef of Oxwell & Co.
He’ll show you how to make gourmet salads that you can recreate in your own kitchens to impress family and friends, and make you a hit at every dinner party!
Learn to make dishes like Roast Chicken Salad with Endive, Gem Lettuce, and Tarragon; Nicoise Salad with Ortiz Boquerones, Tuna, Tomatoes, Olives, and Dill; and Cured Organic Salmon Salad with Baby Gem Lettuce, Belgium Endive, Granny Smith Apple, and Southernwood.
The salad will be elegantly paired with Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2009, Nyetimber Classic Cuvee 2009, Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs 2010, and Gusbourne Rose 2010
The event will take place on 9 July at Oxwell & Co. from 3pm – 5pm.
