Pineau & Pork Wine Bar

On 28 & 29 August, KOT Selections will take guests on a journey of exploration with a tasting of the Loire Valley’s various expressions of Chenin Blanc (locally known as Menu Pineau). The wines, ranging from sparkling to dry to sweet, will be paired with different pork preparations such as rillons (a pork dish typical of the Loire), country-style sausage, bak kwa, char siew.

Guests can opt for an introduction via the Tasting Set of 6 wines (30ml pours) for just $30, accompanied by small bites, or order wines by the glass instead, with prices starting from $11 per glass and $64 per bottle. A full list is available on the KOT Selections [website](http://www.kotselections.com/pineau-pork/).
