This February, Pollen teams up with Tippling Club as they unveil a special one-night only Pollen X Tippling Club culinary showcase. Together with Guest Chef Ryan Clift, Executive Chef Colin Buchan will be presenting a eight-course tasting menu with signature dishes from both restaurants. There are limited seats available so please book early!
This dinner is happening on Saturday, 7 February from 6pm to 10pm at the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay.
