Nick Bril at the age of 28 was already right hand man to Sergio Herman and they now co-own one Michelin star restaurant The Jane in Antwerp, Belgium. He is seen in culinary circles as one of the greatest talents of his generation and has plethora of past experience at Michelin restaurants including three star Oud Sluis.

The motto from his restaurant The Jane is ‘Food is our religion’. It is about the newest products, the best equipment, the nicest ingredients and the most sensational wines.
