Have a fun and casual evening with an amazing French Bistronomy menu crafted by Chef Brendon @ Bistro du Sommelier (Rillette Bar) alongside the wines of Mr. Luc Badet (Proprietor & Wine Maker of Chateau Mas Neuf & Rhône Paradox) whom will be presenting the wines during the dinner.
About the wines:
Mas Neuf & Rhône Paradox : A Story of friendship in winemaking. After winemaking and vine growing in the southern-most tip of the Rhône Valley, they decided to search other grape combinations or micro terroirs that would display the same grace and elegance in the Mas Neuf range. Luckily, two leaders of their respective areas, namely François Villard from Côte Rôtie, St Joseph, and Vincent and Pascal Maurel, from Châteauneuf du Pape, accepted to share this experience. After 18 months of common work, their first wine collection with 6 new wines, all truthful to their Rhône origin. Not to forget Louis Mitjavile (Tertre Roteboeuf and Roc de Cambes) with whom the famous cuvee Armonio is shaping its 11th vintage!
The Rhône Paradox Wine Dinner is taking place on Tuesday, 14 April at the Rillette Bar at Le Bistro du Sommelier.
