If you’re looking to get away soon, here’s our pick of places of the best places to stay in South East Asia..

Bangkok

: a shopping destination for most of us, a lively and bustling city with something for everyone. If you’re planning a trip with friends to hit those massive cheap malls, to sample some decent Thai food or to explore the vibrant culture in our neighbouring city, then why not stay in this huge, modern, 1 bedroom apartment in central Bangkok for $110 per night.

If Bangkok is a little close for comfort, why not get away to….

Hong Kong…marvel at the skyline, eat the best dim sum you’ve ever tasted and explore the pokey backstreets for antique finds! A modern, 1 bed, serviced apartment in the trendy Sheung Wan neighbourhood might just be perfect for you at $203 per night.

If city to city, isn’t your idea of a break, then there are some gorgeous beach hideouts for you to escape to…

Phuket – Thailand still has plenty of beautiful beach escapes and Phuket boasts one of them. If you’re looking for a 2 bed, airy, modern villa. Try this one at $266 per night.

Langkawi – for something lazy, beachy and bloomin’ beaut, head to Langkawi for a little R’n’R. If you’re going with a partner then pull out the stops for a beautiful Malay Heritage Villa in a boutique resort at $751 per night. This bank side villa right near a beach looks like a real treat!

Bali – If you want the best of both worlds, beach night and night life, then you can’t go wrong with chi-chi Seminyak, Bali and very affordable if you want to share this villa with some friends.

Villa Rosita is a 2 bedroom property with a private pool at $255 per night in the heart of the happening – both a beautiful and convenient place to plant yourself.

In Seminyak for a romantic getaway? In that case, you could of course just take the Everlasting Peace 2 bed villa for yourselves, especially at $280 per night. Complete with gorgeous dining area, this intimate villa in a tranquil setting only 15 minutes from the beach is perfect to catch some Balinese sun!

If you’re going to go to Ubud, then in true Ubud style you’ll find this funky, little, French-designed, 2 bed villa. It’s a bit like something out of The Hobbit and ticks all our Nomad boxes with its beautiful decor and convenient location at just $153 per night.

If you’re done with Bali, there’s always Lombok! Minutes from a white, sandy, beach in a quiet area lies this beautiful 1 bed deluxe villa at the bargain price of $166 per night.

There are plenty more places you can stay, but that’s just a flavour of what to expect!
