Senso’s White Truffle Prosecco Brunch with Mauro Molino Wines on 30th November
Gourmands, look forward to the 30th of November as Senso Ristorante & Bar presents an enviable buffet spread featuring the prized earthy jewel in season, the white truffle. In collaboration with Mauro Molino Wines, the brunch will also include a list of specially curated wines such as the Dolcetto, Mauro Molino (2013) and Langhe Nebbiolo, Mauro Molino (2010), to go perfectly with the white truffle delights.
Standout dishes such as the Steamed Monkfish on Leek Raviolini and Truffle Velouté builds upon the deep earthy tones of the white truffle to create delicious and well-balanced mouthfuls. The comforting dish of Homemade Potato Gnocchi with shaved White Truffle on the other hand, is punctuated with generous shavings of the prized fungi. Guests should also leave room for the Veal Scallopini. The thinly sliced veal coated in a light layer of batter is served atop a confit of onions with garlic-scented milk sauce and shaved white truffles, offering a medley of flavours and textures in each bite.
Diners can also choose to take home several of Mauro Molino Wines exclusively from their vineyards in La Morra at special prices during the brunch.
For those who are unable to make it to this exciting themed Sunday brunch, Senso will also be offering a White Alba Truffles Specials menu which similarly highlights the prized ingredient. This menu will be available daily from mid-October to mid-December.
