Senso’s F1 Champagne Taittinger Brunch

Whether you are an appreciator of fast cars or specifically the Italian stallion, the Formula One has become a highly anticipated event on Singapore’s calendar. To join in on the adrenaline pumping weekend, Senso Ristorante & Bar is hosting a special F1 Champagne Taittinger Brunch as its monthly themed brunch. Guests can expect a free flow of the critically acclaimed Champagne Taittinger Brut, from one of the few remaining family-owned and operated champagne houses, Italian wines and beers.

Pairing well with the free-flow of bubbly is a selection of Italian dishes accented with champagne, specially created by the restaurant’s culinary team for the brunch. Dishes include the delightful Risotto Gamberoni finished with Champagne and Pancetta Flakes where the gamberoni, or fresh large prawns, infuse the risotto with a subtle sweetness which is complemented by the savoury flakes. Boasting decadent ingredients is the Salmon poached in Rose Champagne with Chardonnay sauce, luxuriously finished with caviar. Round up the brunch with Senso’s elevated translation of the humble apple tart. The Caramelised Apple Tart offers perfectly sugar glazed sliced apples with an accompanying Champagne Sorbet. Diners will also take to the F1 themed desserts such as Mini Race Car Pastries on the buffet line. A multi-sensory dining experience awaits as diners can expect to have tender juicy Australian Grain-fed Roast Beef served up right before their eyes from a live carving station, while renowned DJ Donat from Switzerland spins smooth tunes on the decks to rev up the celebratory atmosphere at the brunch. Dj Donat is widely known in Switzerland for his electronic and tech-house rhythms synthesized with welcoming melodies and has performed in the renown Caprice Festival 2014.

Besides the specials, guests will be able to enjoy free flow of Salads, Antipasti and Desserts on the buffet line, and a wide array of Hot Mains, Pastas, and more Italian Classics served ala minute to their table.

A specially concocted F1 Cocktail will also be served upon arrival for each guest.
