13 MAR 2016 | Join Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli and the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton as they transform the hotel’s lobby, Colony and Chihuly Lounge into a masquerade carnival—bringing to life the mystique of a masquerade ball amidst the convivial atmosphere of a carnival.
Held bi-annually in March and October each year, unmask extensive gastronomic delights such as a seven metre-long seafood bar, giant seafood paella, caviar, foie gras, fresh sea urchin, an oyster bar, roasted rib-eye tomahawk, and 130 types of international cheeses. A deejay spinning ‘live’ beats, samba dancers, drummers and a roving magician round up the festivities.

- $468++ per adult (inclusive of unlimited pours of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006, house pour red/white wines, soft drinks and fruit flavoured sparkling mineral water)
