Introducing Singapore’s first specialised Tendon (Tempura Rice Bowl) restaurant, which is set up in collaboration with Chef Keisuke’s childhood friend and chef-owner of Ginzi Itsuki Sushi in Tokyo. One of Tendon Ginza Itsuki’s many comfort dishes include the Special Tendon ($13.90), a large bowl of Hokkaido rice topped with succulent shrimps, tender chicken breast, assorted vegetables and a soft boiled egg. Vegetarians can dig into the Vegetarian Tendon ($12.90), and tendons are served with complimentary sides of pickled vegetables, chawamushi and miso soup.
