Water
will
bring
Los
Angeles’
food
truck
sensation
The
Lime
Truck
and
celebrity
chef
Daniel
Shemtob
(Winner
of
season
two
of
Food
Network’s
‘The
Great
Food
Truck
Race’)
to
Singapore
in
a
two‐day
pop‐up
debut!
Coined
the
‘gourmet
restaurant
on
wheels’,
The
Lime
Truck
will
be
dishing
out
signature
dishes
such
as
the
Braised
Pork
Belly
Taco
with
Tomatillo
Pico
de
Gallo
&
Sriracha,
Fresh
Fish
Ceviche
Tostada,
and
Blue
Crab
&
Jicama
Taco,
each
incorporating
FIJI
Water
to
complement
their
fresh,
vibrant
flavours.
All
dishes
will
be
served
with
a
bottle
of
FIJI
Water
(330ml).
Full
proceeds
over
the
two-‐day
pop-‐up
will
be
donated
to
Willing
Hearts,
a
100%
volunteer-‐run,
non-‐profit
organisation
set
up
to
help
provide
for
the
needy
in
Singapore.

first-‐ever
collaboration
between
FIJI
Water
and
Kerbside
Gourmet,
catch
The
Lime
Truck
in
action
as
it
whips
up
its
award-‐winning
taste
with
hip,
inventive
recipes
on
15
and
16
August!
In
order
to
fully
portray
The
Lime
Truck
experience,
‘Kerby’
(as
the
Kerbside
Gourmet
truck
is
affectionately
known
to
fans)
will
be
transformed
to
replicate
the
visiting
truck’s
signature
lime
green
exterior,
complete
with
Daniel
Shemtob
on
board.
