The Fullerton Bay Hotel: Belle Epoque Odyssey Brunch

This May, the Fullerton Bay Hotel’s Belle Epoque Odyssey Brunch will be offering the ultimate in gastronomic decadence. Featuring Perrier Jouët’s ultra-luxurious Belle Époque Blanc and Rosé 2006 Champagnes that are crafted in remarkable vintages, it promises to be a superlative sensorial experience for connoisseurs.

The spectacularly decadent Sunday Brunch, featuring the most lavish of gourmet treats, will be spread over several dining halls and waterfront terraces of The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Take in the fabulous views of Marina Bay and wander through splendid passages spanning over 60metres, starting from The Landing Point lounge, the hotel’s three Floating Event Pods named Compass, Voyage and Port Of Call, to La Brasserie and its spacious alfresco deck.

Alongside the fine Champagnes will be Gillardeau Oysters, Lobsters, Caviar, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Seared Foie Gras with Shaved Truffles, Crispy Paprika Roasted Whole Pig, Jamon Iberico Ham, Parma Ham, Wagyu Beef and artisanal cheeses. More indulgences to be savoured are the sublime signatures from the hotel’s establishments that are brought together in one setting, including The Clifford Pier’s famous Lobster Roll, and from The Fullerton Hotel, Town Restaurant’s Hainanese Chicken Rice, Jade restaurant’s Chilli Crab Bun, and The Lighthouse’s Gragnano Paccheri in Naples Style with Tomato Braised Beef Ragout and Ricotta Cheese Flakes.

Even you’ve got a sweet tooth, look out for the dessert room where you will be surrounded by exquisite pastries, tarts and cakes replete with crepes, hot waffles and frozen ice cream lollipops made a la minute as well as a local
ice cream cart with pandan ice cream served on fluffy rainbow bread.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel’s Belle Époque Odyssey Brunch is available with a free flow of Perrier Jouët Belle Époque Rosé Champagne at S$268* per person or a free flow of Perrier Jouët Belle Époque Blanc Champagne at S$238* per person.

The event will take place on Sunday, 24 May 2015 from 12.30pm to 4.00pm at the Fullerton Bay Hotel.
