The Kitchen Table presents Food from the Heart

A new wave of ocean-friendly cuisine awaits at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove as the kitchen table debuts Ceviche, a Peruvian-themed Food from the Heart experience. Be ready to sail off to the cove for a gastronomic voyage with a delectable menu that celebrates Peru’s rich diversity.

Expect to experience an explosion of seafood concotions including the Ceviche Acapulco, Ceviche Peruviano and Thai Ceviche; or sink your teeth and savour the brimming freshneess of the ocean with Ceviche Classico, an appetising marriage of fresh succulent fish and lime. Paired with tomato, avocado and pickled red onion slices, the Ceviche Classico is a focal to-try on the Ceviche platter.

“Here at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, we are all about creativity and introducing something new to the table. With a 500-year melting pot of Spanish, African, Japanese, Chinese immigration and native Quecha culture, the Peruvian cuisine is an authentic and amazing blend of delicately curated flavouring with communal ingredients, which is very much still unknown to many in Singapore. It brings forth a personality to the catch and we would like to introduce these varied ‘personas’ to our guests,” said Frank Koppelkamm, Director of Culinary.

The promotion will run from 20 – 30 July from 6pm – 10:30pm at The Kitchen Table.

Dinner starts from $65++/person
