Introducing Chef Marco De Vicentis from The Waterfall @ Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore, an accomplished Chef with more than 20 years of experience and very well-versed in all aspects of Italian cuisine. Quality wines from regions like Piedmont, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Friuli and Veneto will be paired with Italian cuisine. Also presenting guest speaker, Mr.Luca Ardiri whom will be present to demystify the wines of COL VETORAZ (Valdobbiadene) MARCO FELLUGA (Collio), SPERI (Veneto), and BRAIDA (Piedmont).
