The Old Brown Shoe

One name in particular is often bounded about when you ask where to get a Sunday roast in Singapore, so we felt we should give it a mention in this feature. However, it’s fair to say that the roast at the Old Brown Shoe is pretty bog standard in terms of taste. If what you’re after is value though, at $22.50 per person including a starter, choice of main (usually chicken or lamb), and pudding plus a chance to go back for seconds, this no frills roast in a no frills pub might be an option for you, but probably our least favourite roast from all those we tasted.
