The O.P.E.N. – Open, Participate, Enrich, Negotiate – is the public engagement initiative of the Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA).
Styled as a popular academy, it is designed to be approachable and inclusive. It connects the public with the ideas, issues and themes of the 2014 festival. It does this through a variety of platforms including screenings, talks, workshops, dialogues as well as performance demonstrations in intimate and casual settings. The O.P.E.N. runs from 26 June to 12 July 2014.
