The Projector – Battle Of The Bands

The Projector revives two cinema halls and the 5th floor foyer of the historic Golden Theatre as an independent cinema and creative platform that brings together a great selection of films, one-of-a-kind events, versatile spaces and delectable fare.

Be spoilt for choice with a specially curated programme that showcases indie, foreign, cult favourites, classics, art house, horror, local flicks, retrospectives and special themed nights.

A single screen classic cinema hall with 220 seats, the Green Room will be the main screening hall for films curated by The Projector. Besides being redesigned as a versatile events space, the Redrum (pronounced ‘red room’, inspired by Kubrick’s The Shining) will also be the home to Café Cino screenings presented by A La Cart. Get to the chance to watch or re-watch cool flicks like 2001: A Space Odyssey, Spartacus, Lolita and Outrage Beyond.

This event runs from Saturday, 31 January and runs till Sunday, 8 February. This music-themed week works on a pay as you please system.
