Neon Pigeon has launched their first ever bar-bites menu, which sees classic bar grub executed with a fusion twist. Look forward to Sweet potato fries with cracked salt and togarashi ($8), a Tonkatsu Po Boy ($12) burger, and and Yuzu Ceviche ($12) with jalapeno and tapioca. Pair the snacks up with a refreshed menu of sakes and new Japanese craft beers, which includes specialities such as the Tsukino Katsura Magic Rice Sake ($60) and Iwate Kura Sakura Arashi IPA ($17).

Craft beer meets curing and grilling at LeVeL33, as executive chef Jimi Tegerdine joins hands with chef Drew Nocente from Australian joint Salted & Hung in a one-night-only dinner on Thursday, 16 November 2017. The special five-course, 10-dish degustation menu features offerings from both restaurants, such as chef Drew’s Mackerel, Gin, Horseradish, Pickles & Nori Ash, and chef Jimi’s 12-hour Pork Belly – Snails and Celeriac.
