Lucha Loco Refreshes Menu

Need a guac fix? Hit up Lucha Loco for their innovative spin on the classic Mexican dish. Their DIY Loco Guacamole ($14) allows diners to have fun customizing the dish while the Grilled Octopus ($24), slow cooked in sherry and comb and served with squid ink rice delivers a umami bomb. They’ve kept taco classics like the Baja Fish ($10) and added new ones such as the De Res Taco ($15) with pressed beef short rib. For lunch, their set menus offers a choice of main between any Burrito or Quesadilla ($18) or two Tacos ($25).

Nouri Presents New Tasting Menus

Embark on a gastronomic adventure with Nouri’s Chef Ivan Brehm’s new 5-course ($145++) and 7-course ($175++) tasting menus. In true ‘Crossroads’ fashion, the new menu explores the connection between the Far East and Southeast Asia, as well as regional Europe, with dishes like Wild Rice Stem served with spiced buttermilk gratin and cultured cabbage. Other noteworthy highlights include Chicken Debal, which is based on the Portuguese and Peranakan connection and the Liquorice and Violet comprising of Chinese liquorice, violet flower parfait, lemon salt, fennel flowers and love letters.

Add on the signature Singapore Sling ($10) to make this dish even more local or wash down it with a beer ($10).

24 New Dishes and a new FIT Category at Brotzeit

With 24 new dishes, be spoilt for choice with Brotzeit’s brand of German fare. For the hearty eaters, options like Pfandl ($39) – Nürnberger sausages, pan-seared beef and pork patties, smoked Kassler, roasted pork collar and meat loaf — and the Bavarian Duo ($38) featuring crispy fried chicken, juicy Weiβwurst sausages and Brotzeit’s signature pretzel will appeal. The new Brotzeit FIT section on the menu, on the other hand, will meet the demand for healthier offerings with the likes of Purple Cauliflower Salad ($19) and the Grilled Goat Cheese Salad with Berries ($21).
