The Botanist x Anti:dote Presents A One-Night-Only Botanical Cocktail Pairing Dinner

In the mood for something spectacular this week? On the 24th of March, The Botanist presents the first of its series of dinner collaborations with a three course botanical themed cocktail pairing dinner carefully curated by Anti:dote’s Head Chef, Tryson Quek and Head Craftsman Bannie Kang. They get creative with a gastronomic exploration of The Botanist’s 22 hand-foraged botanicals, juxtaposed with botanicals from Anti:dote’s very own herb garden. Expect dishes like Pan Roasted Foie Gras and Braised Wagyu Rib with Roast Parsnip, Kale and Grain Mustard, as well as intriguing cocktails like Herbaceous and Dr Livingstone.

Renowned Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Launches New York Style Happy Hour

The vibrant Happy Hour Culture of New York City has come to Robertson Quay’s Wolfgang’s Steakhouse. The newly mounted menu features a selection of competitively priced wines, beers, and house pour spirits alongside a sophisticated selection of cocktails. Combine speciality cocktails like the gin-based Orchard Road with honey and lemon with premium bar bites like USDA Prime Sirloin Steak Crostinis and fresh oysters for a great happy hour in the city.

Designed to satiate, Beast & Butterflies’ menu is divided into two categories  – ‘Beast’ and ‘Butterflies’. The former features hearty, robust dishes with bold flavours and textures; while the latter shows restraint with lighter cooking styles to accentuate the natural flavours of fresh ingredients.
